What is The Movement Collective Newcastle?

For over 10 years, The Movement Collective (TMC) has been helping people in Newcastle move better, feel stronger, and stay mobile without the typical gym grind.

Our system is designed to support your body as it is now, especially if you’re over 50 and want to keep moving and doing the things you love.

Over 50's Class Schedule:

Monday 7am -8am

Wednesday 7am -8am

Thursday 10:30am-11:30am

Friday 7am -8am

But there was no need to worry - some things I could do, some I couldn’t. Dan, our lovely coach, kept a close eye and if we struggled, he jumped in with advice on how to make the movement easier, how best to work toward achieving it. I joined TMC to stay fit over winter and rehab a niggling shoulder injury. TMC is addictive: learning mad skills, building strength and condition my body, and a fun atmosphere with plenty of silliness. It is everything. I never once felt I was too old for movement and I now feel right at home!

TMC can feel scary before you enter because of some of the incredible things the teachers and others can do. .... But I promise it is welcoming, fun, and a great workout.
