I’ve been super happy with the sauna set up at TMC, it’s got showers onsite and the sauna itself feels super private. I like being able to go up there to relax, listen to a podcast or sometimes more socially sharing the sauna with mates. It’s awesome it doesn’t cost more to share with mates as well. Appreciate that you can book in anytime that suits you via the app too. Makes it a lot easier to hit the frequency needed to get the most benefits of sauna use. Caity

The saunas at TMC are fantastic. They are such a nice recovery tool in my movement practise and as the days get cooler sometimes it’s nice to just get a bit warmer! I have been using the TMC saunas for the last few years alongside my class membership, it’s very affordable for me that way. TMC has created a beautifully calm and relaxing space surrounding the saunas, where adequate privacy can be achieved with the curtains. Not to mention you can bring a friend (or two) for free!
